Springtime Pictures

In the Garden is the Monthly Challenge for May on the The Artistic Stampers Blog. The beautiful Scalloped Die Cut paper is from my RAK from WILNA....I love it. (Thanks again Wilna)

I stamped the stems and leaves using the "Flower" collection by Rhonna Farrer. I also used the same set of stamps to stamp the flowers onto felt and then I cut them out. The Daisy's are from the Wright's Ribbon -Venice Daisy Series. I then attached the buttons to the centers of the felt flowers.

I stamped Spring with Karen Foster Snap Stamps - Small Formal set. I think they will be my favorite stamp I have...you just arrange your words together snap them together and then stamp...really easy. I used Ruby Color Box Pigment Brush Pad on the stamp.

I added paper flowers and brads to the top of the page. Also around the mat under the pictures I used my "Lace" style scissors to give it a soft edge.

The spring pictures were taken this Spring as the earth came back to life.

The Artistic Stamper

The Artistic Stamper - May Challenge - Garden Theme

You have probably guessed that the new theme for May is Garden and you can use just about any flowery or insect stamp, even use stamps of gnomes and birds too if you like!! The only rule is that you use stamping on your creation.
The paper I used for the card is by Liz King - Anemone- Olive by
EK Success LTD.
The "Thank You" stamp size D is an Anita Stamp by Sugarloaf, Inc.
My "Basket" Stamp size E is also by Anita from Sugarloaf.
The flowers are clear stamps by Rhonna Farrer and the leaves are from
Stampedous.
I used Inks were from the Memories Collection from Stamp
Craft.
I used Diamond Dust over the Flower layout and where I stamped
Thank You.
I enjoyed my first LO with at the Artistic Stamper.
